At WB Fitness we follow a strict workout and diet routine. It is designed to be brutal but efficient in making you lean, cut and looking good. We adhere to this regimen to achieve the results we desire, but everyone who spends time in the gym knows all about that day where you make it to the gym, but your mind isnt here. The music isnt working. You’re dreading that next lift. So what do you do? You’re already there, so dont waste the time. Today I’ll talk about a fun thing you can do to get your head right, get some reps in, and get back on track.
I was talking with WB about days off and how it affects you. Not just physically, but mentally The joke about how the first day you pick up the iron is the day you’re forever small has some truth in it. The other side of the spectrum is that when we miss a day, its not others we let down, but ourselves. I think all of us here can agree that we fucking love this game. As tough as it is, with the pain, the time it takes, the clean eating etc, we all keep coming back for more, but why is that?
Jak, Cynic and Yours Truly wish you all a Happy Memorial Day. Hope you’re enjoying the holiday with family and friends.
If you’re looking for a fresh article, I got you fam. My WB Fitness post for today can be found here
Have a safe and happy holiday!

In getting settled in at WB Fitness, I’m going to start of with a loose series I’ll be doing for the site. Every few posts I’ll post some lesser known lifts and workouts I’m doing, offer a video, an explanation, and why I’m using them. Today I go over two lifts to help your triceps, back, traps and shoulders.
We gave you a holiday break but now we’re back with our Way of the Warlord program here at A Kings Castle. This is designed to be an interactive physical, mental, and martial arts program where the authors of the site give out a two week challenge to the readers to better ourselves and become better men. Today’s post is first one of 2018, so we’ll issue new homework this week
