I was talking with WB about days off and how it affects you. Not just physically, but mentally The joke about how the first day you pick up the iron is the day you’re forever small has some truth in it. The other side of the spectrum is that when we miss a day, its not others we let down, but ourselves. I think all of us here can agree that we fucking love this game. As tough as it is, with the pain, the time it takes, the clean eating etc, we all keep coming back for more, but why is that?
While just a youngin’ to some of you readers here, I turned 30 a few months ago. I never thought the shit people say about your body and mental state were true until I hit it. While in one part I feel like I’m hitting that prime age of life, there had to be adjustments in my life. Today I’ll share 5 things I’ve changed in my life after hitting 30.
Last Monday, I started my Anti-Dad Bod journey. This post will be a reference point and a baseline towards my commitment toward getting into the best shape of my life by my 30th birthday. I have one week down now and I’m going to report my progress thus far.
